Prevention of electrical damage
- Switch on the loads only when the power line is at zero potential, helps prevent electromagnetic noise and disturbances. These disturbances can adversely affect electrical devices, including air conditioners, and even pose a fire risk.
- Early detection of power outages allows for timely disconnection of critical loads.
